Has anybody put the BRE to serious use? Any thoughts, ideas or success stories?

I have used the BRE quite a lot, as have a number of my customers. It is quite a powerful tool, once you understand how it functions and how rules are evaluated.
Why do you ask? Have you got something speocifc in mind?

I was asked to look at what role the BRE might be able to fulfill as part of a Biztalk upgrade project at a large financial institution. We have the opportunity to make much more thorough use of all of the functionality that comes with Biztalk - including HIS. That's why I'm eager to get thoughts, experiences and ideas from the community.
